1 1/2 cupscoconut milk, full fat
1/2 cupsweetener of choice
1 cupheavy cream
1 limejuice and zest
Instructions
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until completely smooth.Transfer into a freezer friendly container and place it in the freezer. Mix every 30 minutes,to ensure it doesn't ice up.Let the frozen ice cream sit at room temperature for 15 minutes, before serving.
