Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple chunks, frozen
  • 1/2 cup banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1 cup baby spinach or 1 teaspoon greens powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh fruit or berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Hemp hearts
  • Nut butter drizzle
  • Shredded coconut
  • Granola

Instructions

  • Add frozen apple, frozen banana, spinach, yogurt, protein powder, milk, cinnamon and vanilla to a blender.
    Blend until thick and creamy.
    Add a little extra milk only if needed.
    Spoon into a serving bowl.
    Add desired toppings.
