I love how amazing new food trends are being created on internet websites like TikTok and some of them go viral and get loads of attention. This recipe is one of them, making a huge buzz. I have tried a few of these viral TikTok recipes recently and they do not disappoint. Its not every day that a food trend exceeds my expectations, but this one is definitely a winner.

Set aside.Melt the chocolate - Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in small dish and microwave at 50%power with 20 second bursts stirring between each one until melted and smooth.Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together.Fold almonds, cranberries and protein powder into the chocolate, making sure to coat everything well. Using a spoon, scoop and drop piles of chocolate-covered almonds to create clusters onto the baking sheet, evenly spaced apart. (Spoonful can be as large or small as you’d like. My clusters had about 8-10 almonds each in them.)Sprinkle with a little sea salt then allow chocolate to completely set. Chill in the refrigerator, for 15-25 minutes. Store chocolate covered almonds in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
