2cupschocolate chips
1/2cupalmond butter
1/4cupprotein or collagen peptides powder
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Place chocolate chips in small dish and microwave with 20 second bursts stirring between each one until melted and smooth.Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together.Once the chocolate is fully melted, add the almond butter, protein powder and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and uniform.Pour the fudge mixture into silicone ice cube molds and freeze for a couple of hours. Then, remove and let them thaw a bit at room temperature. To keep these delicious fudge bites fresh, store them in the refrigerator. The cool temperature helps the fudge maintain its shape and prevents it from becoming too soft.Simply place them in an airtight container or wrap them in parchment paper before chilling. This makes them a perfect make-ahead dessert for gatherings or a quick go-to snack.
