If you grew up loving those iconic cosmic brownies – the fudgy chocolate base, thick chocolate frosting, and colorful candy sprinkles – these no bake Cosmic Brownie Protein Bars are about to bring all the nostalgia back, with a much better-for-you twist. Rich, chocolatey, and irresistibly soft, they taste like the treat you remember, but with added protein to keep you satisfied long after the last bite.
These bars are everything a good no-bake dessert should be: easy to make, deeply chocolatey, and secretly nourishing. The brownie base is dense, fudgy, and melt-in-your-mouth soft, with just the right amount of sweetness. Thanks to protein powder and wholesome ingredients, they feel indulgent without the sugar overload that usually comes with classic brownies.
Because this recipe is completely no bake, it’s perfect for busy days, warm weather, or anytime you want a homemade treat without turning on the oven. Everything comes together in one bowl, then gets pressed into a pan and chilled until firm. Simple, quick, and almost impossible to mess up.
The chocolate frosting layer is where the magic really happens. Smooth, rich, and glossy, it spreads beautifully over the brownie base and sets into a thick, creamy topping that makes these bars feel bakery-worthy. Finished with rainbow candy-coated chocolate sprinkles, they get that classic cosmic brownie look – and that fun, nostalgic vibe we all love.
What makes these bars truly special is how satisfying they are. The added protein helps balance the sweetness and keeps you fuller for longer, making them a great option for post-workout fuel, afternoon cravings, or a healthier dessert that still feels like a treat. One bar is enough to hit the spot, which isn’t always the case with traditional brownies.
These no bake Cosmic Brownie Protein Bars are also perfect for meal prep. Make a batch at the start of the week and keep them in the fridge or freezer for whenever a chocolate craving hits. They are great straight from the fridge for a soft, fudgy bite, or slightly frozen if you love a firmer, chewier texture.
Whether you are feeding your inner child, looking for a protein-packed chocolate fix, or just want an easy dessert that tastes far more indulgent than it is, these cosmic brownie bars check every box. They are fun, nostalgic, rich, and deeply chocolatey – proof that healthier treats can still feel exciting. 🤎
